It is almost spring, so everyone who is planning to build should be finalizing their building plans. Paul is working on a friend at ERA aviation. They might be able to fly some cabin packages out there (sure beats shlepping everything out there via ATV).

In the beginning......

Hello guests to Das Compound. I have started this blog in an effort to help create what das compound will be all about.....So far we have the following interested participants. Armand will be constructing a yurt (new design a function of Lillys input). Arno is still planning on going underground (vegas odds were just updated to 10 to one against arno) . Santi is going vertical log (cheapest). Jamie is going into the trees (this will make great pictures for the front page of the blog). Paul has recently indicated he might put a tepee out there (has Becky heard about this?). Herb is going for the do nothing, hope someone will invite him in, end up in a tent plan.....
Thats all for now, just wanted to get things started... sign in and contribute, its a great way to take your mind off of work (everyone except Jamie that is - Jamie, you stay focused on your new admin skills please....
